Celebrate Saint Patrick’s Day a Day Early in the Single Malt Pub

Once a year for only two hours, a very special pub opens its doors to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. Its patrons call it the Single Malt Pub. Join the characters, patrons and music makers of the Single Malt this Friday at 1 by tuning in to WCVE Public Radio.
Richmond's own Irish-American pub band Uisce Beatha will head up the festivities. We'll welcome a new, young singer, Mairead Guy and a young fiddler, Seamus Guy. Seamus will be joined by Henry Robb, also new to the program.
Actor and singer Kelly Kennedy will be with us again. Kelly is a featured musician and vocalist in Colonial Williamsburg. She will be accompanied by actor Joe Inscoe, also new to the Single Malt Pub. Joe is a Richmond-based actor for over 30 years; later this year he will appear in Steven Spielberg's film "Lincoln."
We hope you will join us over-the-air, online, or on your Smartphone.
AIRS Friday, March 16 at 1 p.m. on WCVE Public Radio
Bobbie - we completely enjoyed yesterday. It was so much fun to share the pub with so many other WCVE listeners and new friends.
Hi Steven, You two were the life of the party! I'm so glad you were able to be there and that you had such a good time. Will I see you two out at any of the Irish pubs in town today? I hope I do! Ya'll are too much fun. Happy St. Patrick's Day Bobbie
Hello Maria,
Yes, we did record the show and we hope to post it online. First we'll make sure all was well with the recording. After that we'll get the approval of the musicians. If that checks out we'll post it. I'll write back to you here if it's a go.
Thank you so much for listening. I'm thrilled that you enjoyed it.
Bobbie
Just caught the last 10 minutes. Any way to catch the show online?
