Midnight Frights TV: Premieres Saturday at Midnight
The Community Idea Stations present Midnight Frights TV. Each month Armistead Spottswoode and his floating skull pals, Marco and Polly, will bring to you the obscure and the obtuse, the mysterious and the mystifying, the wonderful and the weird from classic science fiction, horror and other ghastly genre films.
“I’m completely horrified by Midnight Frights. No really, I’m horrified. This series is not appropriate for any normal, mentally-balanced viewing audience but we’ll go ahead and schedule every last Saturday night of the month at midnight and let the viewers decide.” John Felton, VP/General Manager, explains.
Coming to you from Richmond’s own historic Byrd Theatre, join your horrific host and his creepy cranium compadres for Midnight Frights TV this Saturday, October 27 at the midnight hour for House on Haunted Hill, starring the master of b-movie horror films, Vincent Price on WCVE PBS/WHTJ PBS (or watch the encore on Halloween, Wednesday, October 31 at 10:00 p.m. on WCVW PBS).
Just caught a show last night - New Year's Eve - Excellent and Thank You! I am adding the show to my "must see" list going into 2013, hope it continues and best of luck! Looks like a lot of fun too!
