WCVE Public Radio has partnered with the Richmond Symphony for over a decade to provide local music to public radio audiences in central Virginia, and more recently to Heathsville and the Northern Neck.

Hello Bart,

We did run the Richmond Symphony on Saturday, July 9th starting at 1pm and it ran until almost 3pm. On the program were two pieces by Mason Bates, the Serenade to Music by Ralph Vaughan Williams and Beethoven's Symphony No. 9. I confirmed that the program ran with the operator on duty and I heard it myself on my home radio. My best guess is that somehow you were catching another station and not WCVE Public Radio.

Bobbie

It's advertised on your home page and on the radio as airing at 1 p.m. today. But I'm hearing jazz piano. I'm very disappointed.
