Every month, YOU tell us what you want to watch. Watch the previews, vote for your favorite - and get your friends to vote, too. We’ll air the program with the most votes on October 27th at 10:00 p.m. on WCVE PBS and WHTJ PBS.

What will it be this month? The made-for-TV radio show Dracula: Theatre of the Mind? The fight for the right to hold the Gay Olympics, Claiming the Title: Gay Olympics on Trial? Or will you vote for the film that digs into the lives of students struggling to pay for their college educations, Default: The Student Loan Documentary?

Scott the Piano Guy

I just learned that PBS-TV (somewhere/sometime/in some markets) has aired a series entitled "Scott the Piano Guy" (Scott Houston), which has won, at last count, eight Emmys according to Keyboard Magazine. I wondered if WCVE has ever considered airing this series on a weekly basis (especially at a time in the schedule when folks are most likely to be home and able to watch). What would it take to include this show in WCVE's regularly scheduled line-up of shows? As an avid keyboard player with kids also interested in learning, I vote YES! Thanks for the comment. Yes, I agree. This is a great series that will run through the end of the year. FYI, Thursday you will see a repeat of the last half hour from last night and a new episode at 1130pm. That will be the way the series airs throughout. There is a lot of great music ahead.

Season 2 of The Aviators will air in January

Hi William - thanks for your question. The new series is being recorded right now and will be on our TV schedule in January 2012.
