Parts of Route 288 in Chesterfield County were closed -- both directions -- for hours yesterday, and two lanes of Chippenham Parkway, just at afternoon rush hour becase cause of brush fires. As Charles Fishburne reports, it is a serious problem -- getting worse, due to rising temperatures.
