Richmond Firefighter Sentenced to Four Years in Deadly Boating Crash

A 39-year-old Richmond firefighter who plowed his boat into a 15 foot channel marker in the Rappahannock River last summer killing one passenger and injuring eight others was sentenced to four years by a Lancaster County Circuit Court Judge yesterday.
