Webb Speaks Out on Libya

U.S. Senator Jim Webb of Virginia has made it clear that he believes that without a declaration of war from Congress, the U.S. involvement in Libya is unconstitutional and needs to be brought to an end. Jim Hilgen has this report from WCVE's Capitol Hill Bureau in Washington.
