First-ever Study of State Secondary Road System And Its Bumpy Future

Virginia has almost 100-thousand miles of secondary roads, most in need of repair. Yesterday, the State Secretary of Transportation released a first-ever study of the sprawling secondary system and potential ways to fix it. Charles Fishburne reports.
