UVA’s Cyclotron Helps Speed Medical Diagnosis and Treatment

The University of Virginia Health System is now using a Cyclotron to manufacture radioactive elements used in high-tech imaging. And as Charles Fishburne tells us in this Science Matters report, it can help doctors to more easily track a disease and implement its cure.
