MADD Says Virginia Makes Progress Against Drunk Driving, but Legislation Needed

Mothers Against Drunk Driving says Virginia has received four of five stars in MADD’s annual report to the nation on its campaign to eliminate drunk driving. But it says a perfect score will have to wait for action from the General Assembly.  Charles Fishburne reports.
