VCU Study Considers Family Environment in Drug Abuse

A new study reveals that family environment matters a great deal in durg abuse among young people.  The work was done by a collaborative team from Virginia Commonwealth University and Lund University in Sweden.  A Science Matters report by John Ogle.

More and more research is showing that "nurture" or surrounding environment is the primary factor leading to alcohol and other drug abuse.
