Snow Follows in Sandy's Wake

Governor McDonnell said yesterday that Virginia received "relatively minimal damage" from Hurricane Sandy, but still faced threats from heavy snow in the western mountains, freezing roads and flooding rivers and tributaries.  Charles Fishburne reports on Tazewell County, just across the border from West Virginia, which is experiencing blizzard conditions.
