VDOT Sets Public Information Meeting Next Week On New, Four-Lane Toll Road From Petersburg To Suffolk

The Commonwealth is about to embark on a new public-private partnership to build a new, four-lane toll road from Suffolk to Petersburg at a shared cost of 1.4 billion dollars, and as Charles Fishburne reports, the deal is set to close next month.
