Whistle Stop Tour In Chesterfield Celebrates New Norfolk Amtrak Service

Amtrak is rolling out passenger rail service from Norfolk starting tomorrow, and Chesterfield County officials will be celebrating today with a Whistle Stop Train Tour from the Etrick Station.
