Amtrak Begins Service To Norfolk

Federal, state and local officials boarded a special train at Washington's Union Station for the inaugural ride of a new Amtrak passenger rail service connecting Norfolk with Richmond, Washington, Philadelphia and points North, for the first time since 1977.
