Yesterday morning, we reported that the ACLU had asked the Justice Department to investigate conditions at Richmond City jail, citing overcrowded and overheated conditions leading to one, possibly two deaths. Later in the day, Sheriff C.T. Woody responded. Charles Fishburne reports.
