Senate Passes Marketplace Fairness Act

The U.S. Senate has passed the Marketplace Fairness Act, 69-27. The legislation requires online retailers to collect and remit sales taxes to the states, and if passed by the House of Represenatives it will generate significant money for Virginia’s roads and railways. Craig Carper reports.
