Supreme Court Hears Arguments on Voting Rights Act Provision

The United States Supreme Court is wrestling with the fate of a section of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 that has helped millions of Americans exercise their right to vote.  Virginia is one of the jurisdictions covered by the section, due to its history of discrimination in its voting laws.
