Snow Forecast Up to 10 Inches in Some Areas, Less in Richmond

The National Weather Service is predicting a thick band of wet snow of up to ten inches for parts of Virginia tomorrow, with high winds and potential power outages.  Interstate 95 appears to be the dividing line where accumulation will diminish and become all rain in the East.
