To the best of my knowledge there are no cuts from Leftwich in our collection, and I don't think I've ever heard one of his recordings. Maybe you can change that! Good luck in your search.
I'm looking for tunes recorded by local big band Jelly Leftwich. Was also known under the name Lee Dixon. He started out with the Duke University band then went on the road for 10 years, in the Carolinas and Virginia and out west.
