A Whole Lotta Luaka--Bop! - Sat, 03/12/2011
For this week's show, I was really in the mood to hear some Irish music--just a tad, to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. Plus, I wanted to honor Fat Tuesday, so the best I way I could, besides by lifting a pint or traveling to New Orleans, was to play some Cajun music. Lastly, I wanted to put a microscope on the record label know as Luaka Bop, which was started by David Byrne more than 21 years ago. Enjoy!
