school division represented by central Virginia’s viewing area
has a RSCPS representative who is appointed by the division superintendent.
Because RSCPS representatives serve as a liaison to the school divisions,
their advisory role is crucial in the planning process for instructional
services and training provided by our Educational Services Department.
