John
H. Felton Executive
Producer
Graduate
of the University of Central Florida with television broadcasting degree.
Worked at PBS station WMFE Orlando for 13 years before coming to the Community
Idea Stations in November 1999. Runner-up, Public Television Programmer
of the Year 1996.
May-Lily Lee Senior Producer/Host
Winner
of over two dozen awards including regional Emmys and national honors;
host of CHALLENGE 23 since 1996; joined the Community Idea Stations (then
called Central Virginia’s Public TV) in 1989.
John G. Warner Managing
Producer/Videographer
One
of the creators of VIRGINIA CURRENTS; television producer and videographer
since 1985; winner of 14 Emmys and numerous national awards, including
the Gabriel and CINE Golden Eagle; graduate of the College of Wooster.
Shawn M. Freude Producer
Winner
of regional Emmy awards and national honors, including the CINE Golden
Eagle and The Chris. Graduated with honors from Ithaca College. Joined
VIRGINIA CURRENTS in 1997. |
